Our Team

The Divorce Solutions Team in San Diego brings the experience needed to help our clients through their divorce.

Bryan Buljat

Bryan Buljat is the owner/operator of Divorce Solutions.  He is a former Business Financial Consultant in the areas of corporate business development, finance and tax.  He received his education at the U.S. Naval Academy (B.S., E.E.) and MIT (MBA, Finance).

He held several senior management positions with San Diego based Investment Banking, Government Defense, Analytics and Software development, Biotech, Medical Device and Venture Capital, encompassing both large company and start-up experience.

Prior to entering the private sector, Bryan served as both enlisted and officer positions in the U. S. Navy.

Bryan is currently a member of the Board of Directors, San Diego County YMCA Camps and the San Diego YMCA County Board of Governance. He is a former member of the Board of Directors, MIT Enterprise Forum and the Board of Directors, MIT Club of San Diego.

Bryan chose to join the Divorce Solutions Team because he feels “our society views marriage as 'good' and divorce as 'bad', therefore we impose a cumbersome, expensive, inefficient and painful divorce process.  As part of the Fairway Divorce Solutions family, Divorce Solutions is working to change this perception throughout North America.  We empower individuals to retain financial and emotional control during the divorce process.  Therefore, they emerge from this difficult time with their dignity intact and are more capable individuals/co-parents.”

They don't want to gamble with the "traditional process".  They want a guarantee.  Divorce Solutions® offers couples a fix cost and timeline based on the complexity or each situation. It's just a Better Way!

Debra chose to join the Divorce Solutions of San Diego team because of her commitment to empowering individuals and families in making positive changes out of adverse situations, helping them view difficult transitions as opportunities, and recognizing the Divorce Solutions way as a vehicle to restore dignity and sanity.  “Ultimately, my goal is to help families create their own solutions, stimulating thought and insight into new possibilities, recognizing probable challenges, and envisioning future outcomes. The traditional legal process does little to move families in conflict toward positive outcomes and is cumbersome and expensive.  Divorce Solutions recognizes that this isn’t an easy process but offers a better way so that families and individuals can prosper from choice and change.”
